He was edo White rage vibrates your insides including your bones, Itachi was edo thus having nothing to vibrate.Alive Itachi would succumb to this one move that's how easily he loses without the edo body.

He was thinking about how he would go on with this battle, the smarter move was to go for Sasuke and make him his pawn again. For the finishing one of the two was impossible because he is not going to kill Sasuke and he wouldn't get past Itachi's Susanoo
Your contradicting yourself right now, there's no way Kabuto was gonna make Sasuke a pawn. This thread is about DSM Kabuto vs alive Itachi. As Jamison has already provided, Itachi had an advantage of being an Edo, meaning he wasn't suffering to the full extent like Sasuke was. Alive Itachi has no counter for Hakugeki sense he can't maintain Susano'o the same way Sasuke couldn't meaning Kabuto beats alive Itachi. He couldn't be more careful if he was alive facing Hakugeki, there's no counter for Itachi against this technique. I'm not even brining up the genjutsu that Itachi needed Sasuke's help to break out of

Okay? Kinda off topic right there so let me bring it back. Hakugeki is a technique that alive Itachi has no counter for. Since Itachi is alive, he would be in the same condition as Sasuke was in that panel, meaning he can't use Susano'o. That means, Kabuto can easily kill Itachi after using Hakugeki.

Itachi has no answer to white rage though, Sasuke dropped his Susano'o cause his insides was vibrating including his bones rubbing against each other.Itachi had no bones so of course he could use Susano'o.Alive Itachi gets slaughtered if he cannot counter one jutsu.
Was not off topic because you said Kabuto wasn't able to make Sasuke his pawn, Itachi could use Amaterasu as a body sheild like Sasuke does and Kabuto would not be able to touch him. Plus Kabuto would not instantly start off with his strongest move, who does that in this manga?
Depends on the location, amount of knowledge and mindset. If Kabuto isn't fooling around and inside a cave, he stomps. If he fools around like he was doing in their fight, Itachi has a shot at winning via izanami most likely. Outside the cave, Kabuto would still win, but mid-high difficulty. That's if he has knowledge on Izanami

Wrong, he was gonna make Itachi his pawn he was referring to Itachi. Also, that shield that Sasuke makes is a version of Enton, something Itachi doesn't have. Lastly, I never stated that Kabuto starts off with this move. Kabuto has counters to everything Itachi has but Itachi has no counter for Hakugeki. The moment Kabuto uses this against Itachi, be it the beginning or after some time, Itachi loses. Meaning Kabuto > Itachi.
Lol Seriously? Itachi does not have Izanagi since he doesn't have Senju cells. How is Itachi even gonna use KA? He can't summon his crows, the crow that has Shisui's eye, while he is under Hakugeki. Now you're just getting desperate man, Itachi wouldn't even do some shit like that.
