Don't be ridiculous, Nagato is very strong but he has no direct counters to FTG. And if he cannot touch him, he cant win.

Ummm... you realize that ST and CT will push or pull all FTG kunai into the direction Nagato wants..

if he creates a CT orb all FTG kunai will head to that orb...

FTG Kunai will be pulled into 1 point thus Minato FTGing is nullified unless you feel a kunai is stronger than the gravitational pull of CT XD

The only ability that Nagato has against Minato is deva path. Planetary devastation is a sure-fire way to kill Minato. However, if Minato has kunai a distance away, he could teleport away from it. Deva path would then be rendered useless since Minato can always FTG away then go for the 5 second gap. If he marks Nagato, it's all over. Another thing people should consider is that Minato has powerful barriers.

Actually Im not a Minato fanboy, I'm one of those that believes that Minato = Itachi and I know that there are Ninjas much stronger than him, however Minato vs Nagato ends in a draw at worst.

Nagato cannot touch him at all. He is too slow and doesn't have any fast long ranged attacks. Nagato is just way to slow, his jutsus have way to much cooldown time. It's impossible for him to win against someone who can move between multiple spots in an instant. If Nagatos Jutsu's did not take so much time to use, did not have a cooldown, and if he himself was faster he would be able to win, but that's not the way it is.

I think minato has a chance with or without prep. He has a counter for everything nagato has, and yes the 5 seconds nagato has to wait between ftg will be his biggest downfall, even BASE naruto beat this time limit.

@Naruto X man... I don't mean the out gate of the S/t barrier I mean the S/t Kunai that Minato is holding will be pulled into the chibaku Tensei epicenter. S/t barrier isn't omnidirectional.. Chibaku tensei graviational pull is. so whatever minato does not transfer through the barrier will kill him from the other directions
