No. That would make no sense. Both of them in hindsight, represent Rikudou. They couldn't represent the sons.

OT: I posted this just to solidify it more. The Elder-Younger parallel that people still ramble upon with Naruto and Sasuke is basically dead and this is the nail in the coffin.

Rikudo made the younger son his successor , does that mean he is his reincarnation ? NO.
If Naruto get Rinnegan , yes i'll believe it ( and i would stop reading the manga btw ) but if he don't , then No.

Well the Jins do like Naruto and he is most likely the only person that is gifted with such things. Doubt he will become as powerful as the sage but he is good. Naruto is the closest to being the sages reincarnation.
