No. That would make no sense. Both of them in hindsight, represent Rikudou. They couldn't represent the sons.
OT: I posted this just to solidify it more. The Elder-Younger parallel that people still ramble upon with Naruto and Sasuke is basically dead and this is the nail in the coffin.

The Rikudou Sennin are both Naruto and Sasuke. That's why they work in sync with each other. Naruto has the same ideals as the Rikudou Sennin that's why he's more relatable. Watch when Naruto and Sasuke go all out even Obito will have problems. Sage Naruto Bijuu Mode and Sasuke PS. If Sasuke can wrap Susanoo around Kurama it's over that's the ultimate defense.

Well the Jins do like Naruto and he is most likely the only person that is gifted with such things. Doubt he will become as powerful as the sage but he is good. Naruto is the closest to being the sages reincarnation.
