I know he can't solo konoha due to the fact they got naruto and many other ninja that are high jounin mid kage level.Nope! No way!
Suna, they're kind of weak, only temari and garaa would be a treat to sasuke.

Probably with amateratsu but it depends on the village, ex: Kumogakure, they got Bee and A.
Out of topic: How does he have 2 different of summonings? (Snake and Hawk)

Maybe but Kumogakure does have bee and A, and they're hard to defeat, A speed is amazing.

Hmm... I think a Gaara-Temari duo would be able to stop him! Temari's Fuuton would nulify his Raiton, so... And Gaara has proved he can deal with Susano'o!

They'd be difficult yes, but with his Enton abilities like they are now, and his Susano'o I think he could defeat them.

it can be done sasuke would actually solo bee and a in a fight but that another thread. they have no way of putting out amaterasu by the time they wake up the village is already in flames.
and on the whole two summons thing idk but it has been done before, obito has the gedo mazou and kurama, sasuke has snakes and hawks, nagato has his paths of pain and the gedo mazou and konan

Well, i don't think he would be able to solo Konoha. Other villages stand no chance.
As for the summoning contact's it's simple; he has two of them. You can have more than one summon.

I doubt it. Sasuke has the power to defeat kage level opponents. But to defeat an entire village supporting their kage alone with no back up is suicide for sasuke. He would fail despite doing a large amount of damage imo.
