Genjutsu is a maybe , because it seems that he has control over the ten tails power . And Genjutsu doesnt work on jinchuriki who have control over their tailed beasts.
Taijutsu - I dont think it matter , coz his speed is just too great and getting close to him is suicide . Minato the fastest ninja got his arm ripped off . So i dont think the others have any chance

Uchia's are just highly resistant to visual genjutsu they other 4 type are as deadly to them as they are to any regular shinobi.

Obito has the Rinnegan and Sharingan. Even if the Juubi didn't negate Genjutsu his Sharingan would.

Genjutsu is Ninjutsu, so it probably won't work. And Obito is also a powerful Genjutsu user himself.

Taijutsu should work in theory, but I don't think any Taijutsu expert we know is strong enough to pull it off against him...

Funny when the best freaking Uchiha ever to exist said that he can only be defeated with taijutsu.

I don't see a reason why taijutsu wouldn't work. If it's able to hit the target, Juubito would feel the pain.
Taking into consideration his ability to predict and dodge normal taijutsu, as his psychical durability, plus his great speed, I guess only moves like Hirudora and Asakujaku would have any meaningful effect on him, if able to hit.

On the genjutsu part, I think it's a no. As an Uchiha he is more prominent at canceling genjustsu, plus he is a jinjuriki now and has a pretty good control over 10 tails, but not that he can negate genjutsu the same way he negates ninjutsu moves.
