Do genjutsu and taijutsu work on Juubito

Funny when the best freaking Uchiha ever to exist said that he can only be defeated with taijutsu.

I don't see a reason why taijutsu wouldn't work. If it's able to hit the target, Juubito would feel the pain.
Taking into consideration his ability to predict and dodge normal taijutsu, as his psychical durability, plus his great speed, I guess only moves like Hirudora and Asakujaku would have any meaningful effect on him, if able to hit.

On the genjutsu part, I think it's a no. As an Uchiha he is more prominent at canceling genjustsu, plus he is a jinjuriki now and has a pretty good control over 10 tails, but not that he can negate genjutsu the same way he negates ninjutsu moves.

Madara said only physical attack's will work on me ...U can get him wit a Kunai (which is not a Taijutsu attack)...Do u really think that some one in Alnce can fight against Madara and win wit Taijutsu..?

Physical attack's won't work on Obito unless it is a senjutsu based attack as wel as it should Reach Obito's body which is an impossible task ....!

also i never said taijutsu wont work since he's an uchiha, i mean naruto tried ninjutsu on him and he ended up recovering himself

obito's rinnengan and sharingan help him against genjutsu. just because he's an uchiha doesn't mean he's immune to genjutsu... remember the sasuke and uchiha fight? or sasuke and danzo? yea. they both got caught in genjutsu. they broke out of it, but they still got caught in it. Juubito just hasn't given anyone the opportunity to use it yet. and the best genjutsu users are dead.

Just because he's an Uchiha doesn't mean genjutsu= nothing.
An Uchiha can be placed under genjutsu if they're weaker than the one cast.

Taijutsu I agree, it would be to dangerous with his healing ability and also those black orbs he has. Plus Jubito has his speed, defense and strength enhanced. Genjutsu might be the only way to suppress the Jubis power within Obito and take him down before he regains it.

People who say genjutsu won't work because he's an Uchiha need to realize they are only resistant to other visual genjutsu. Sound could still work.

If you think the Juubi would break him out of a genjutsu... I'm doubtful about that.

Supposidly genjutsu is weak against A because his synapses fire super fast. Obito now has faster reflexes then anyone at this point. Besides, he can see a genjutsu coming by sensing how charkra gathers in the opponents body.

Taijutsu? He took a BB to his face and regenerated. I seriously doubt that taijutsu packs enough of a punch to take out Obito.

Taijutsu isn't going to have much effect.....

As for Genjutsu, I'm assuming since Obito is the Juubi's jinchuuriki he should be able to easily get out of genjutsu by the juubi cancelling it just like Hachibi can do with Killer B. Add to that the fact that Obito is a Uchiha whom I'm pretty sure is able to use tsukiyomi(considering his moons eye plan requires the jutsu) even without the juubi Obito isn't particularly susceptible to genjutsu. I can't imagine any genjutsu is strong enough to defeat the juubi.

Like we saw in last weeks chapter, Senjutsu seems to be the key. However, the only ones currently there that can use senjutsu are Hashirama and Naruto, and Hashirama is busy fending off Madara to help Naruto and the kages with Obito.

I'm curious to see if Orochimaru is capable of using senjutsu now that he has a zetsu body, but who knows when he is finally going to arrive with the current kages? It could be next week or next month.

well genjutsu is still ninjutsu so on that note it wouldn't work but if obito isn't good at breaking genjutsu it could.


Taijutsu would work for sure its not chakra based like ninjutsu is, its would be dangerous though to get that close to obito unless u know it will really hurt him.

MAybe this is a good chance to Gai to open the 8th gate and show us what true epicness is all about.

Well I think genjutsu won't work on him because he could break it easily.
Taijutsu will work on him but only frog fu because It's senjutsu & while using senjutsu, naruto doesn't need to touch you to hit you and It's unpredictable while in fast motion.
…Naruto is a very dangerous opponent to obito right now and it might get worse for obito is naruto were to ever summon ma & pa now who can use the strongest genjutsu which is hard to evade and senjutsu attacks.

Also why wouldn't taijutsu work, last I heard if u were paying attention that taijutsu isn't ninjutsu.
