By forming the bullets of rain -and the bullets should be some bigger than actual bullets imo, as they feel like large rocks falling from the sky- the water gets gathered together from a few drops, thus becoming a slightly bigger mass, forming the bullet. I don't see why it should become lighter as it is only some drops combined, thus keeping the same weight as it already has.
Also, they accelerate. That should make clear they have a greater mass together than a single raindrop, as to some extend more weight will accelerate the falling velocity, combined with the gravity which always causes the falling, as you probably know.
well I was thinking. you need more rain drops for a bullet to make. let's say ~5-10 and you have a lot of these. wouldn't that make the rain "lighter"? less rain drops -> more visibility -> more suspicious. tho this is only my assumption, the tech could get the opponent before he could notice it.

Oh, I get your point. Well, assuming there is a lot of rain, the opponent will not notice that much of a difference. A sensory ninja might, but others won't feel much difference, nor will they be concentrating on the rain whilst fighting, so you would not have to worry about them noticing in that way :p

Hmm guess the same goes for rain users, so they wouldn't notice either. No more questions.

Moving on then.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Focus your chakra and send it into the sky to create a large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. This will result in big raindrops that fall towards the ground at an accelerated speed.

(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

Focus your chakra and perform the needed handseals, then use your chakra to stop the raindrops in mid air wherever they are.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill

*I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body and release it into the air. Then I direct it into the clouds and divide it equally. When I'm done, I make the rain drops become bigger and more condensed causing them to fall faster.*

Advantages:
- makes the visibility worse
- with the rain drops falling faster, rain techs become more effective
- water sources being created faster

Disadvantages:
- doesn't change anything except making the rain fall faster
- only supplementary technique

How to defend:
- no need to, but if the user wishes it's like with every other rain tech

Questions:
- can't think of anything

(Shuushi Ame) - Stop Rain

*I perform the necessary hand seals while gathering rain chakra in my body. Then I release it into the air and direct it into the sky. I spread my chakra all around the battlefield and after some focusing, I make every drop of rain stop in mid air and float.*

Advantages:
- stops most techs that needs rain and is B-rank or lower
- combined with chakra sensing rain allows the user to sense certain attacks coming from above or mid air
- stopping the rain drops confuses the opponent and allows the user to locate hidden (invisible or fast) enemies

Disadvantages:
- prevents the user from using rain techs under A-rank
- all advantages applies for the opponent too

How to defend:
- clear the air from the rain drops or use higher ranked rain techs

Questions:
- maybe later =/

You can better ask the questions now :p

But let me ask you this, when is it useful to perform Stop Rain?
when my opponent is invisible or hiding? I could pinpoint his position by looking at the rain drops positioning... or if my opponent is using too much rain techs against me. humm humm can't think about any other things.

The first thing you mentioned is not right at all. If your opponent is invisible or hiding you want the rain to continue, not stop.. You could use your chakra in the rain to find them when it rains, not when it does not rain..
What about, if there is something with electricity used, so that you will not get electrocuted, or if indeed your opponent will use some rain techniques at you?

well if he is using (Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique and I don't have chakra sensing rain activated it can still be used for that. tho the idea came from Muu since he can't be sensed by regular means, so if the opponent is moving around I could spot him more easily than when it's raining.

the second part I don't get. if my opponent uses a lightning tech I do get hit. o_O water conducts electricity but not stopping it. o_O

Oh, I was thinking of the second technique I'm posting now xD Nevermind, my mistake.

Let's move on.

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Focus your chakra and gather raindrops to form a dagger with. Due to the chakra used in the dagger, the water becomes more solid. When you cut the opponent with it, the water will increase the damage of the cut.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Perform a couple of handseals and use your chakra to create an invisible umbrella that will stop the rain from falling on you.

(Ame Aikuchi) - Rain Dagger

*I gather rain chakra in my body and release it into the air above me. Then start to gather rain drops high in the sky and compress them into a single dagger like form. I do this until the dagger reaches a density that could cut more solid objects. As I'm ready, I let the dagger fall down on my opponent and the moment it hits the target, I release the water from the dagger and let it expand on it's own, making the damage even bigger.*

Advantages:
- as it's coming from above, it's totally unexpected
- if used in an appropriate weight, the dagger has enough force to make deep cuts what it can further expand

Disadvantages:
- the dagger can't be redirected, so if the target is moving it can barely hit
- has to be made in a great weight in order to have real effect

How to defend:
Since it's a dagger made from rain, any object that has a greater density can stop it. However keep moving is the best solution, or as always use a wind jutsu to destroy it, of course if you notice it in time. I'd like to believe a modified Ame umbrella could block it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Questions:
Can it deal any damage if used from a few centimeters? Or a few meters. And if so how much? I had a battle where my opponent used it 5 cm above me and said it pierced my skull and split it apart more with the water.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique

*I perform several hand seals and gather rain chakra in my body. Then as I have enough, I raise my arm toward the sky and point it at with my palm. When I'm done, I release the rain chakra from my body and form it into an umbrella above me. As the chakra is placed, it blocks the rain from falling on me and instead make it fall around me like it was a real umbrella.*

Advantages:
- invisible
- with blocking the rain, it becomes harder to shock me with lightning attacks

Disadvantages:
- several hand seals
- obvious posture that needs to be maintained
- has to focus on the technique to keep it active, so you can't use other jutsus

How to defend:
keep attacking the opponent so he has to maintain the tech and can't use jutsus. overpower it with another technique. use jutsus that has a solid form.

Questions:
well I have more. since it is a B-ranked "shield" from rain chakra, can it be used to stop regular water techs? or fire/wind/lightning ones? also it can only be created above me? it's not a really useful jutsu, so if I could create it for example in front of me, it would be more useful.

Well, it works like an ordinary dagger, except more damage from the rain in a cut. Your opponent is right in terms of the damage of the dagger itself, if you would drop it about 5 cm from the opponent's skull it can be able to pierce your skull if you hit a weak spot, however split it apart is a bit much.

well I have more. since it is a B-ranked "shield" from rain chakra, can it be used to stop regular water techs? or fire/wind/lightning ones? also it can only be created above me? it's not a really useful jutsu, so if I could create it for example in front of me, it would be more useful.
It is made for stopping rain, and in essence rain is water, so some water techniques can be stopped by it. However, like said in the technique "but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique". In my opinion it would not stop other elements. And I cannot see why you shouldn't be able to move an already created umbrella in front of you.

Any more questions?

(Small side note, I am on holiday from today until the 31st. This means that the training is even slower than before. My apologies for the inconvenience.)

Sure nice indeed ^^
I decided to log in for a bit and train my beloved students xD

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Focus your chakra and use it to make the rain in the air bounce back into the clouds, brining it higher up in the air. Obviously, the higher it gets in the sky, the colder it gets and it will freeze if you do it right. Then, when it is frozen, let it fall down, just like hail, forming a net or dome with which you capture the opponent.

(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Focus your chakra and use it again to make the rain bounce back into the clouds to get the rain higher up in the sky where it can and will freeze. Once the raindrops are frozen solid, you let them fall towards the ground, just like hail, but then more lethal ;P

Frozo learns some Frozen techniques, hahaha xD

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique

*I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body and release it high into the air. Then as it is in place, I form a dome from the chakra and start to bounce most rain drops back in the air with it. When bouncing, I give it enough strength to shoot the rain drops way higher up in the air, even above the clouds and make them freeze by the cold up there. Then as I bounced up enough, I let them fall down on my target and push it down with the pure number and weight.*

Advantages:
- it's a timed technique since it takes time to bounce up and fall down
- shape can be changed according to the situation
- size can be changed too

Disadvantages:
- just works for a few moment as the rain drops will most probably just roll down from my opponent
- can't change the direction of the technique

How to defend:
The easiest way is to dodge with a technque that can push/shoot the user away. If not, then a solid jutsu that can be formed above the user can protect him from it. But an offensive jutsu that can create a hole in the technique or simply destroy it works too. Going underground before it hits is also a possibility, but a bit risky.

Questions:
It's actually pretty weird for me. The rain drops are frozen, so how come I capture my target with them? I can only imagine it by making an extreme amount falling down what either using it's numbers or pure weight to hold my opponent down. And wouldn't the rain drops just roll down from my opponent? If so it would only work for a few moments.

(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger

When bouncing, I give it enough strength to shoot the rain drops way higher up in the air, even above the clouds and make them freeze by the cold up there. While bouncing, I let through those that are already frozen and let them fall on my target. Since they are not falling all at the same time, the rain drops will hit my target with smaller amounts and cause damage.*

Advantages:
- another timed technique that is a bit faster than the previous one
- with the high amount of rain drops falling, it is a good distraction
- affects a certain area on the battlefield

Disadvantages:
- doesn't have an immediate effect so it can be countered fast
- user can hit himself with it if he attacks recklessly
- should be used with rain capture or other techs that slows down the opponent if the user wants to use it for the damage it deals

How to defend:
Harder than the previous one, but creating a shelter from earth, wood, etc. can solve this problem. A wind tech that pushes the rain drops away can be used too, or just destroy the clouds. Fleeing from the area the tech affects is the best solution, but going underground is ok too.

Questions:
Another weird one. How is it different from the previous one? :D I mean both doing basically the same, so both should have the same effect. Frozen rain drops falling from the sky and hit the target, so the previous one should have damage points too.

Well, like it is said in the technique itself, you will either form a net of it, which will fall onto the opponent and just freeze like that, holding them down, also because your chakra is still in it, it is difficult for them to break through, or you create a dome of the ice that falls down, which becomes just like your average earth dome, but then of ice, again your chakra is in it, so it is more difficult to escape.

If you look at the techniques themselves you will notice one has damage, and the other does not. This is because the first one is to capture your opponent and the second one is to actually attack your opponent with. See? :p

Does this answer your questions?

yeah, tho if you think about it. you have 2 groups or frozen rain drops falling down. both has the same mass, size, weight, etc., but only 1 is dealing damage the other isn't. weird right? :D

anyway we can move one.

Somewhere you might be right, but I still keep to what I told you :p
Moving on.

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Use your chakra to... guess what? Bounce the rain up into the clouds again! As the raindrops go higher, they will start to freeze. Once frozen they will fall down like hail, but they will not turn back into rain, and stay like blades.

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

Focus your chakra and perform one handseal whereafter you send your chakra into the clouds. The chakra will stay in the clouds for three turns whereafter you can form hail and control it with your chakra to hit the opponent.

Yeah I've just pointed that out. Btw check the red part in the first jutsu... xD

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade

*I gather a high amount of rain chakra in my body and release it into the air. I send it close to the clouds and just like before, make a dome from it. Then I start to bounce back the rain drops higher in the sky as well as infuse it with a little chakra of mine. While the rain drops flying upwards, I form them into longer and thinner drops. As the rain drops get high enough, they freeze and fall down on my targeted area. However differently from before, I make the ice melt slower with my chakra in it.*

Advantages:
- just like the others, it is a timed technique too, but at last with real damage :p
- size of the technique can be changed according to the situation
- ice remains on the battlefield for 3 turns that can serve as base for ice techs (if there any that uses it)
- amount of the rain drops can be controlled too

Disadvantages:
- can be avoided if used on a too small area
- slow
- can attack both friend and foe at the same time

How to defend:

The rain drops are solid projectiles so they can be countered with similar means. Tho that is too much of a pain in the butt, so instead creating a shield from wind/earth/fire/water is more useful. Projectile like attacks like a wave of wind can solve the problem too and it won't make the user vulnerable.

Questions:

Is it like the (Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash just on a greater scale? Just because it mentiones "blades", so I thought it is like that.

(Hougeki Arare) - Bombarding Hail

*I perform a single hand seal while gather a high amount of rain chakra in my body. Then I release it into the air and direct it into the clouds. Then I wait for a while and let the chakra to mix with the clouds and turn the precipitation into hail. Then I make this hail fall down around me in a circular motion and hit everything around me with it.*

Advantages:
- it is a surprise defending jutsu that has a timer on it
- can protect the user in a 360° and hurt the opponent at the same time
- can be used against multiple opponents

Disadvantages:
- very limited range
- way too slow
- if the user lose control he can pretty much hit himself

How to defend:

Since it is controlled, it is a bit tricky to block. Wide scale offensive or defensive jutsus can block it easily, but dodging it by moving to mid/long range is easier. Killing the opponent before the jutsu hits is also a solution. However the best way is to destroy the clouds before it can even form. Or if someone wants to be bithy, just make the opponent lose control of it and let him hit himself. Cast a genjutsu on him or use killing intent.

Questions:

I only have to send the chakra in the clouds and it will turn the precipitation into hail on it's own? I don't have to focus on it? How long this will fall? And I can just activate it without doing anything and control it? If I use it from mid/long range and then move into short range of my opponent can I still use it? Or should I just infuse all of the rain clouds with my chakra and use it wherever I am? Can I use that hail more than 1 time (without reusing the jutsu and wait another 3 turns)? Can I use it later and not after the 3rd turn? By controlling can I make it move horizontally or upward? :p

Just a few questions... xD

Is it like the (Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash just on a greater scale? Just because it mentiones "blades", so I thought it is like that.
Yes, it is sort of like that :p
This is just a bigger 'raindrop'.

You always have to keep 'feeding' your jursu chakra, so of course you have to focus on it. It will fall until you stop feeding it chakra. It thus also activates with chakra. The hail will fall short range around you, thus you have to get into short range of the opponent. You cannot, by my knowledge, move the direction of the technique, thus no, you cannot move it in my opinion when it falls. No, you can only use it one time per usage of the technique. No, or it will just fall as rain. Hail will fall like hail :p

Did that answer your questions?
