still waiting for fairy tail episode 176, it'd be a real shame if its permanently cancelled

It's gonna come back but it's gonna take a while because apparentely the voice actor for lucy quit. And it's gonna be hard to find someone that sounded like her or can sound like her.

Praise the lord for the cancellation of Fairy Tail anime (which happened a while ago i believe) and may it open up spaces for much deserving anime to be shown in it's place.

ok first of all the anome is on a break because it got way too close to the manga and it would be stupid to fit fillers into the middle of an arc

it was confirmed on 11. 7. that it will be returning by the creator Hiro Mashima on Twitter and than the next day in the official chapter (I think 341)

she didn't quit there was a scandal and ppl spread rumours around which ofc weren't true (that she would have to quit)

so that is in fact NOT true, first of all that was a loooong time ago and the anime was not cancelled because of that, also the VA in question is in fact still voicing Lucy, most recently in the OVA 5 that came out not long ago (june 17th and that is about 4 months after the anime supposedly ''was cancelled because she quit'') and she is voicing Lucy in OVA 6 too, which should be coming out tomorrow August 16th with volume 39 in Japan
