... When will people realize that the anime is not cannon. They tend to mess up on the colors ll of the time just check out the anime first coloring of the rinnegan... Lol had it dead wrong. It was blue and white. But once kishi colored it in the manga purple they changed it in the anime to. To summarize , the anime is not canon. Only the manga and covers are. Meaning sasukes susanoo is blue and itachis is yellow. Also raikages aura is yellow like a super sayain.

You would be right , but if you look closer you will discover that the regular rasengan is yellow and the blue one is the wind rasengan that's why that one is blue.

This happens all the time in anime. The involvement of any mangaka in an anime for their manga is virtually non-existent.

The anime colored Itachi's Susanoo before the manga, but despite that, Kishi still made Itachi's Susanoo yellow/golden.

Edit: Another example is the number of fingers Susanoo has in the manga vs anime. In the manga its always been depicted with 6 fingers (on each hand), but despite this the anime changed it to 5 fingers. Does that mean Susanoo has 5 fingers instead of 6?

The reason why Itachi's Susano'o is red in the anime is because the scene was animated before the Susano'o was colored in the manga. Also, the animators deliberately went against the color of chakra. In the manga, the color assigned to it is yellow, in the anime it's blue.
