-note- Mineral manipulation doesn't need any hand sign nor hand movement, only raw chakra manipulation. Therefor I can do both jutsu at the same time.
I turn the earth under u to quicksand making it impossible to move as u sink down. Once the fire hit u (if it doens't kill u) the earth arround u, partially covering u, will be turned to lava killing u.
As I was aiming up i use
at the same time since my legs were currently doing nothing and i do another technique at the same time as jumping up
using this with just my eyes creating an explosion to happen in front of you, like directly in front of you if not on you... something like that(this all happen when you was once you begin charging up chakra putting an stop to your) jutsus for now
so I am still able to shoot my bullet and i release it in the air
but than i use

before I could even use my fire jutsu O.-?

I mean my sharingan was active to make my first jutsu at the same time ur were doing ur chakra gun. Plus ur doing all this without knowing what's coming since u said u did it before me.
In other words, u stop ur first attack because u had a feeling that I was going to make a destructive attack and had the time to use two jutsu before I could do one (even if both ur jutsu can be done at once it's hard to believe

feet/legs= to jump in the air
eyes= to cause an explosion
that can actually be pulled since when you started your second jutsu i was starting my chakra gun and everything else was done while charging my chakra gun =\

since when doe byakugan tell u what's going to happen? seeing someone chakra network doesn't give u a clue of what he's about to do. Only sharingan can do so. All byakugan is good at is look all around, and use it with taijutsu.
Plus what do u mean by second jutsu? both my jutsu were done at the same time so I frankly don't know how u guess that u had to jump avoid my earth manipulation =/
No offense, but it's really far fetch.
byakugan allows to see the chakr points and their activities, so seeing your chakra suddenly use or gather a large amount of chakra so i really dont need to know what your second jutsu is but with the third now that i look at it
it is far fetch so finish me
