Being a Dragon slayer doesn't mean you have more magical power than other mages. The advantage to being a Dragon slayer lye within the ability to eat your element to refuel your strength or to increase you power. By the looks of the GMG I would say as far as magical power is concerned Lucy has more, how much more we don't know. Being a stronger mage doesn't mean you have more magical power than a weaker one, it just means you utilize your power better so as far as we know only people who Gemini can't turn into is people who's magical power is on Erza's level and Up.

Back to topic:

Lucy wins Low- Mid difficulty using Leo and Virgo. Virgo uses spica lock or hole to trap Wendy while Leo uses Regulas impact to end the battle and if that fails she just uses Saggetrius to shoot arrows at Wendy. Also if Wendy tries to use Sky drill Aries Wool and Hologium should be enough to protect Lucy from it. Actually just Aries Wool should be enough or Virgo takes them underground while Wendy performs the attack.

Saying Lucy>>>>>>>>>>>Wendy is a little extreme. It is more like this Lucy>>Wendy if that.

the question on who has more magical power was mostly important because because Gemini can't turn into mages that have more magic power than the summoner

you read the gmg arc and you'll see that Erza, Sting and Rogue are all 19 if I'm not mistaken amd Erza has more magic power than both of them seeing how base Natsu was ridiculously more powerful than Sting and Rogue combined and Erza is above base Natsu, same goes for Gajeel he looks about as old as Erza but he needs the second element to stand a chance ... And guess what Erza isn't a dragon slayer, same goes for Jellal he wasn't exactly that much older 7 years ago than Natsu and was the same age as Erza but he could have killed them both if it weren't for Simon

I don't care if you prefer another pairing, doesn't change the fact that NaLu is borderline canon and NaLi has been dead since after chapter 55, not to mention the only NaLi hint happened 2 years before Hiro actually knew that Lisanna wasn't gonna stay dead for good

And yes I do support Lucy because she is the most underrated character in FT and het a ridiculous amount of hate, especially on Naruto forums, it's the same with Sakura

And no Wendy does not have kore magic power

Heads up fight Lucy wins, the spirits can wall Wendy's offensive moves and can counterattack after.

However, overall usefulness Wendy wins, her support magic is top tier for all characters in all guilds. And she has now added solid offensive magic but her body is so damn weak, in terms of size and strength.
