Also Stating that Sasuke could simply follow through or use his sharingan's natural precognition ability to predict his course of movements and send whatever jutsu he wishes to the area where Kabuto is headed isn't going to work as Sasuke already attempted this with the Susano'o' arrow, which proved ineffective as Nature will always provide a counter for itself. As Draegod stated, his sensing abilities, intel and reflexes would greatly prohibit Sasuke from landing any solid attacks. In the end not only is kabuto already equipped with the abilities to counter all the Uchiha has to bring forth, but the potential to negate Sasuke entirely; not forgetting Kirin: Kabuto would simply split into snakes and utilize the nearby forestry to confuse the sharingan user.
