Audable makes it easier to counter? only reason it worked on pain was because they were in the sewers with pipes...outside all you have to do it is ****ing move away, whereas Tsuk. is instant, also ninja can simply kill the frogs on Jiraiya's shoulder, with Tsuk. you don't have that option U_U You go close you get caught ...

Tsuk. Is instant takes everyone who does not have intel by surprise a grand total of 3 people can break out

Because Tayuya's Genjutsu doesn't need long time to active like the Frog Song

Also Frog Song will not Work on Immortal people like Orochimaru or Hidan if they get stab by the big sword

Slap yourself for the bold. The sewers and pipes let Jiraiya use the jutsu from far away, gave him a hiding spot, and amplified the sound. If you are outside and it is used, moving away isn't going to help cause you will still hear it. But again, I was only referring to the effects of the two jutsus, not how they would be executed in battle, so there is no debate to be had here.

Not true backing away from someone means its harder to hear them 0.o with shunsin speed it should not be that hard to escape the sound radius...or taking flight solves that as well

Not everyone can fly though, but yeah. In battle Tsukuyomi is much much more practical than Frog Song.
