Mifune and Tobi could be the same person just look at the wrinkles under their eye. It looks the same if you compare them the wrinkles under Mifune eye on the last page in the new chapter and the wrinkles in the chapter where Tobi/Madara takes off his mask in front of Sauske. He is at the Kage meeting to cause conflict between the kages and if he is lucky he will get a war and if there is a war he can do his little eye of the moon plan without as many people trying to stop him because if he gets them to have a war they will be fighting each other.

Its only a Theory but i strongly think MIFUNE= Madara/Tobi discuss

Its more of an intuation than actual facts though.. I was getting this feeling that Madara mite actually be disguised as Mifune... see the look in his eyes at the end the chapter.. they end it with him.. its looks so suspicious... yea the wrinkles are same but thats more to confirm our intution then actual facts..

Tobi must hav killed Mifune n took his place (only for this meeting.. otherwise Madara is just Madara and nobody else).. it wud b awesome though if it were true.. there cud b so many fights.. he mite plan to kill al the kages.. n take control of the ninja world.. hav sasuke fight danzo.. n take care of rest.. it cud b epic

OK, seriously...people NEED to stop speculating who Tobi is. EVERY theory gets more absurd then the last. If I read about one more theory on speculating who Tobi is, I am going to burn the persons computer down, and strip their right to the internet. TOBI AS OF NOW IS MADARA. As I stated in my last post, people come up with these crazy theories. About 95% of the time, they are WRONG. We got it where we all figured out that the 4th was Narutos dad. Ok, remember...PAIN was originally thought to be the 4th hokage all because of their similar outline, even though Pain had the Rinnegan. It's even been said that Orochimaru was actually the Jinchuriki of the 8-tails because of the HYDRA technique. SOME people actually thought that the Kyuubi was Narutos MOM. SOME people believed that Naruto wasn't actually the son of the 4th, but was actually the 4th REINCARNATED! SERIOUSLY. Stop with these whack theories, make ones that actually make sense. Just because Mifune has wrinkles does NOT mean he is Madara. Naruto is a universe where people can TRANSFORM. Madara isnt going to a halloween store to buy a disguise. Wrinkles mean old age.

As for the hair he could just be wearing a wig or something over his spiky hair. Madara has every reason he would want to screw with that meeting he doesnt want the 5 kages working together to fight him it would slow down his plans of eye of the moon whatever that may be he would much rather want them fighting themselves and in order to do that he will create some conflict between the kages. Madara/Mifune/Tobi really would be happy if there is another war it would be easier to continue whatever plans he has for the world when he can hide in the chaos of war.

I agree with you on that point i am just saying that Madara could be Mifune at the meeting but he will still be Madara Mifune is just an alias like Tobi is. If Orochimaru could disguise as the Kazekage why cant Madara do the same but with Mifune he would be in a spot of more power with the Iron country and Akatsuki he could be powerful.
