Currently by feats Minato is above Tobirama with a slightest edge...!
EDO Minato is dfntly above Tobirama but it isn't fair to compare EDO Minato with Tobirama..

Tobirama can outlast him, Minato's arm was ripped off from that orb yet Tobirama carried it easily. Plus, Tobirama's quick reflexes, quick thinking and superior intelligence feats outweigh Minato.
Minato was heavily hyped, as was Hiruzen but look what happened to his hype.
These last couple of chapters have been a real eye-opener. Nevertheless, it was inferred that Tobirama still managed to overcome Kin/Gin anyway.

There would be no minato with out the 2nd, im almost more than sure FTG originated from the 2nd jutsu.

Its funny because these same people were saying Tobirama > Sasuke back when he showed Sasuke his rape face.
Anyway there are certain things not right in your OP.
Its true Minato disposed of fodders like nothing with little help, but defeating fodders isn't much of a feat when you think about the amount of shinobi's that have done the same or more.
Chiyo solo'ed a castle
Sasuke before he absorbed oro solo'ed a army
Sandaime raikage fought for 3 days and solo'ed shit loads.
Sasori solo'ed a fecking country.
I believe you underestimate Tobirama.
Tobirama is a sensor. One of the abilities of sensor's is that judging by the opponent's chakra they can determine how strong they are. Pein did something similar using Ukojizai to state that the intruder (Jiraiya) was something special.
Those 20 bounty hunters must have been very special to cause Tobirama to panic and instead of fight them head on with his team decided to be the sacrificial lamb because i guess he saw that, they will all be eliminated so he protected the younger generation from such a faith.
Those bounty hunters could easily be kakuzu level another bounty hunter and who can really defeat 20 kakuzu's by themselves?.
Also the kin/gin bro's are severely underrated, i am actually thinking whether i need to make a thread to explain their powers. Both jiraiya/orochimaru both got pummeled by 4 tailed naruto. While not saying the bro's durability or power rivals that of 4 tailed naruto i am sure its pretty close. Add those sacred weapons which without knowledge its rigged AF. Its a feat that Tobirama wasn't killed actually.

Minato is just physical lacerated for the moment. His student caused this war and became the main villian.
Remeber the first entrace of Minato at the battlefield. He was with Hashirama the leader. They handled everything.
After Minato realized that Obito was the masked man he was/is like I said "physical lacerated". That's all.

They have their strong points...but seriously you out a very negative spin on Tobirama.
1. Kinkaku is a douchebag so naturally he'd mock people.
2. Kinkaku is severely under rated (plus it was an ambush during peace negotiations)

The only thing Minato has over him is shunshin speed and vertically of FTG.Its hard to come to a conclusion when both Hokages have a equal chance in beating each other.
Lol so you are actually comparing a hit Minato received from Obito's with a catch? You do realise Minato just would have done exactly what Tobirama did right? He also wanted to catch said ball. Biased enough? And no, not because Tobirama has shown impressive analytic skills lately means he is smarter. He is the featless one here, so probably Kishi wanted to develop him more. Minato already got plenty of analytic and intelligence feat before and is currently in a greatly emotional state while facing his beloved student
All hype Hiruzen got was in part1. The difference is that Minato constantly received hype whether in part1 or part2 or even during this current warMinato was heavily hyped, as was Hiruzen but look what happened to his hype.

I won't lie. This fight would be boring as hell and would certainly depend on who marks the other first, The one who manages before wins and since Minato is faster and his FTG use is more versatile in battle, i believe Minato has more chances
Exactly, it will close the distance instantly.... and if tobirama is hit by a kunai, minato can send tobirama to himself and rasengan him in the face while planting a ftg tag at the same time !!! /fight

He didn't got FTG on a whim like uchiha's MS and he developed his own Jutsu based on Tobirama's prcnpl he didn't stole it from Tobirama ......
It require great deal of skill and hardwork to master such a tech...!
Minato is a skilled Shinobi and he would have developed another Jutsu if there is no FTG....!
Tobirama isn't a god to creat jutsu from nothing ....He must have Inspaired from smthng like Minato created Rasengan by observng TBB.........!
How many shinobi are there in NB that created thire own Jutsu....?
