Kakuzu is heavily underrated. Im not saying hed win for sure but for someone who survived a fight against hashirama and basically beat kakashi 1 on 1 his moveset is not appreciated at all.

You mean he SURVIVED a battle against Hashirama, who most likely toyed with him just like Madara did with Muu and Onoki?

No proof kakashi was holding back his power, he has always had low stamina reserves, his only real weakness which was well exploited by kakuzu.
A wanted terrorist and clear threat to the village that kakuzu is, i cant imagine hashirama letting him live out of the kindness of his heart. Kakuzu likely used stealth and escaped by making his hearts go underground using his tendrils, a highly versatile and effective ability when fending off attacks.

Um, naruto was unsuccessful the first time around and had back up from yamato and kakashi, also rasen shurikens 1 hitting kakuzu was pure plot tbh.
