As a big tobirama fan I can't help but make a topic explaining how tobirama is actually a god of this manga. Most people think tobirama is still a weak, useless, fodder who is the worst hokage and worst kage, but I think he's amazing.
Here's why he's a god
All Knowing
Tobirama knows everything. He sees a techinque, and he knows instantly how good it is, how it works and what it's weaknesses are. He's got intelligence feats beyond even shikamaru and his dad, who despite being relatively 'intelligent' manage only to learn 2 techniques. Even obitos very few weakspots have been uncovered and described in great detail by Tobirama.
Omnipresent
Tobirama is everywhere, at any point. He doesn't even need to be close to where he puts the seals. He had put a seal on obito and managed to teleport a significant distance away from him when attacking in this chapter. He's teleported seemingly out of nowhere several times so far and continues to impress with his ability to be all places at once.
Controls life and Death
Invented edo-tensei. Note that before this, the only way to bring a ninja back from the dead was with the rinnegon.
Tobirama created a technique that almost anyone could use to bring people back from the dead in immortal bodies. He also created an arsenal of techniques to utilize this further.
He controls not just life and death for humans, but plants as well. With his S/T jutsu, he can create entire forests with furry critters just like his brother can (it just takes longer.) In some ways tobirama has mastery of life in animal form (including humans) whereas his brother mastered plants, but tobirama can support both.
As for controlling death... I shouldn't need to post this but I will.
All powerful...
Tobirama does not appear to be all-powerful at first... but remember, he's got complete control over the dead, and his brother listens to what he has to say. He may also have plans to take the juubi for himself... Don't be surprised when this manga ends with a picture of an omega tobirama.
