Tobirama should be a better rival to Itachi than Minato?

I not 100% bashing Minato but Tobirama outshine Minato in every aspect.Tobirama even read what Naruto was planing to do and teleport him to Obito.Beside Skill and intelligent,Tobirama have more feature.Atleast Tobirama will last longer in a battle against Itachi than Minato if Itachi .
I know people in this forum alway compare Minato with Itachi but it already confirm in the past debates that Itachi >Minato.However Tobirama have shown to be a worthy oponent for Soloking Itachi

Well I agree to some extent... Tobirama fought in an era plagued with war and battles, especially battles concerning the uchihas. Tobirama has more experience with sharingan users, and might possibly know their weaknesses and exploit them.
