Sounds Good....Mhmm I should stop whining about captain kenpachi ever coming back to rain......I just wanna know will the low ranks be pushed around...sounds kinda stupid question but maybe if the mods weren't on it would be like they'd get their chance to rule for awhile and then thats what could happen as the mods don't get on all the time..and it needs to be fair

Don't really get what you're saying? no one will be pushed around, i assure you that. A Chuunin won't be picked as a Kage though, we need to be realistic

Yea, I voted yes for Madara's idea of this as well. Basically I'm just up for a change something like what ya'll have been mentioning like this. I also think that battles should give you some points that contribute to the points you need to rank-up. So maybe add that in if you agree?

what if we created 1-2 jutsus that only those ninjas of the village's can learn?

anyone to transfer village would lose the one they had and can't learn that village's jutsu? O_O i just wanted to make the villages more fun and unique >.>

Yea, agreed. The Kages should be people that can be trusted and are willing to put in the work since it'll be a good bit of work for whoever they are. But if the mods decide who the Kages will be then that shouldnt be much of a problem.

Well i kind of did include that, for example, a Kage could submit a mission in the missions section like, kill a Konoha Jounin, the mods approve it, your kage assigns it to you, and you get your points
