Susanoo arrow, its not only faster but its stronger & it doesnt move in an easy to read fashon. You need nature enhanced reflexes to even have a chance at dodging it.

Chidori also leaves you open from all directions besides the front, susanoo arrow is an attack & defense, making it even better in terms of versatility.

susanoo' arrow of course,it is along range technique that can oneshot without you getting in harms way,unlike chidori that you have to hold and strike,the enemy may dodge it,or use kagebushin and substitution jutsu and escape the chidori only to attack you from behind.

Chidori is imperfect without a Sharingan. Furthermore it can leave you wide open if it fails. If an opponent uses Wind in some defensive manner it's deflection is nearly assured.

The Arrow is simply a chakra manifestation meaning no element beats it specifically. Furthermore it seems to have a far greater speed as Danzo seemed to note. The arrow also has superior range that is both deadly, but also protects the user from counter attacks.

The only flaw is I seemingly smaller hit radius (arrorw tip vs the chidori Palm plus surrounding lightning), and the chakra drain if one is using a MS.

Susanoo arrow is stronger and more useful because of its range, but Chidori is a better choice for killing in CQC in my opinion.

Chidori is more powerful than a susanoo arrow. It uses less chakra, has an incredible cutting ability, gives better speed, it's more adaptable to the situation, doesn't require a reload for every strike and doesn't take as much time to activate.

susanoo's arrow outclasses chidori as a jutsu in all aspects... it is more destructive, and its attack speed is close to undodgable at medium to close range... the only thing bad about it is i find having susanoo up is too limiting on movement, where using chidori u can flash around attacking openings in people defenses... also having susanoo up makes u a huge target as everyone looks at you as the most dangerous target...

Well..... You say chidori is imperfect without sharingan but at least you can use it without sharingan. You cant use susanoo arrow at all without it.
