Very straight forward technique to complete which is a very good part to it, fairly simple to perform and the size and power of it seems like something I would use against rather large summons or big attacks to counter, so its quite the technique that I find helpful. Also it can paralyze the opponent which is a good think of course to finish the opponent off.

I like this jutsu and is again very simple. I like the part that it is quite easy to perform as well and can be used at any time. But I don't really like the restriction Usable 2x per battle, must wait 4 turns after each use. for I see myself using this more then just two times.
Questions
Can the opponent notice anything underground?
Will the hand seals effect the speed of the use of this jutsu, because in the description it was never explained?

A good storm defense to use to block earth and fire attacks. Which frankly I was kinda in need for a proper defense for those two elements. Simple, fast, and effective. Very straight forward jutsu not much to say but a great defense.

You mention the wall is bright, does that mean it can hurt/distract the opponents vision?

I love this jutsu and thank you for making it ! Its ability to give a +10 to every storm attack is great, and it lasts quite long enough for battle but I hate that it takes a turn to form and well it can be a disadvantage and countered because of it. Also the part where the jutsu will slow down the opponent is great so I can deal with fast opponents like swift release users or EIG. But again making it usable only once has a downfall so I would need to use this jutsu at times of serious needs.

What if there were clouds already above the battlefield, can I simply send my chakra towards them without having to wait a turn for "them to form" ?

Seems like a storm version of the rasenshuriken, so its a cool technique and seems like it has some serious attack potential. I have a lot of questions though >.>

Do you throw the ball?
Just how far can the ball reach if thrown or sent? Because if it is short range this jutsu would be tough to use since its hard to perform hand seals in a short range battle.
Would this jutsu kill or paralyze?

Yeah please explain this jutsu a little to me...

If the opponent doesn't have the Byakugan or Rinnegan, then no they wont be able to notice it. The set of handseals can range from 2 to any amount you want.

That's exactly what it means. the stream will be so bright that the opponent wouldn't be able to look directly into it.

It would still take 1 turn for the conditions to brew into a storm, so either way 1 turn is definitive. Again that's up to you.

No the ball cannot be thrown, it is an exact replica of Rasengan but storm release. The handseals are placed because the ball is a mixture of 2 different elements in which you need to coherently work or the ball will misfire and explode on you. Once the ball makes contact with the opponent, depending on the momentum of your thrust, it will sending them flying then explode. It will not paralyze unless the opponent defends properly and takes damage instead of dying.
