Well the Senju clan obviously rivaled the Uchiha clan..so they must of had some secret to resist there genjutsu having knowledge of it.

The only thing that doesn't make this plausible is that Madara was the first Uchiha to awaken the Mangeyko Sharingan which would obviously have a stronger genjutsu (Tsukuyomi) if Madara has it that is and considering Hashirama fodderized Madara every step of the way is weird so yes the Senju probably have some resistance technique to genjutsu or being senju just makes you that badass *_*

Thus genjutsu was used in defensive manner, to delay/interrupt/stop incomming attack, just like edo madara did with fodder.
In VoTE fight madara saved genjutsu for kurama.

Are you saying madara could not use genjutsu simply because he was using it on the kyuubi? I doubt that because obito used genjutsu to help him control six tailed beasts at once. Meaning genjutsu can be used more then once on multiple targets at the same time.

Hmm...I don't remember it being mentioned that Obito was controlling them with the Sharingan otherwise the Bijuu would have told Narutbito was supressing the beasts with the Chakra Chains and the Six Path's ability of being able to control things with chakra rods.

It dosen't have to be said the fact is the 5 tails had a sharingan on it's eye signifying sharingan control. This means that obito combined the two methods of tailed beast control.

You can argue all you want. But you are contradicting yourself. You said sharingan can only control kurama yet in the next paragraph you said he was using it to bring the 5 tails in control.
