being a better shinobi and a stronger shinobi are different as hashiramas idea of a shinobi may be that they self sacrifice for the greater good and seeing how itachi took his clans life for the village well i could see how hashirama can respect that but if you think this implys itachi beats hashirama well then somebody has not been reading the manga now have they

also how the hell would hashirama know if itachi was stronger than he was

The definition of shinobi is based on your own personal belief... There is no 1 definition for Shinobi considering every ninja has had a different definition.

Tobirama said Minato shushin was better than his.. That means Minato shushin is stronger than his right? So if we go by this interpretation we could say that Itachi > Hashirama... Don't do word play in Naruto considering it backfires very fast.... Only Databook AND Manga verification is definite and it goes to show that he was invincible.

There is no set definition....

Nah I was making a point about how everyone does word play... Always been like this with Itachi from Yata only blocks elements to totsuka doesn't seal humans lol

Not as low but Minato stamina doesn't seem to be as high as most people think... I see where you are going with this and my explanation to you is Genjutsu... Itachi stamina is drained due to amaterasu more than Susanoo as noted from the manga... Minato doesn't have any jutsu strong enough to even require yata mirror. he could rib cage tank rasengan and kunai. but like I Said Genjutsu > Minato
