Even with the Yin Chakra the symbol would still be that of Uzushiogakure, the Rikudo's Symbol is the Uzumaki Symbol.

It is also the symbol of Naruto's BM albeit missing two concentric circles because of the missing Yin Chakra, when Naruto receives the other half his seal will evolve to become like Obito's, the Seal Obito is using is the Uzumaki Seal the same Uzumaki Seal Rikūdo used to seal the Jūbi.
