The Uchihas represent Shintoism only, the Senjus represent Buddhism only, the Uzumakis represent both Shintoism and Buddhism, as seen with the Kagura Mask Temple (Shinto) and the Eight Trigrams Seal (Buddhist) you must look beneath the underneath, and look past your bias and Uchiha favoritism (based on your user name)

I will explain in simple Genealogical Terms how the Uzumaki is the original bloodline of Rikūdo Sennin: The son of your father's cousin is your second cousin, you share the same lineage as your second cousin in virtue of the consanguinity of your father and his father, but it doesn't mean you descended from your second cousin's grandfather, which is your grand uncle and your father's cousin's sire, rather, the apical ancestor of both your branch of the tree and your second cousin's branch is your great grandfather, the Rikūdo Sennin then is a Grand Uncle of the Shinobi era Uzumaki Clan and his direct descendants are the Uchiha and Senjus. Thus making the Uzumakis distant relatives of the Senjus and Uchihas but sharing the same lineage.
