Yes he does but for we all know, Tobirama could have done the same thing with shuriken and other ninja tools. Just wait for feats but as of now, Minato has the upper hand.

Thats because sealing a tailed beast required a hell of a lot of chakra.... it usually takes a group of people to seal a tailed beast let alone the nine tails! Obito case was different since he had hashi cells....and rinnegan

I find most of them to be too close in overall power, skill, ETC to call. I personally feel the most comfortable with calling them equals and just sticking them there. But, whatever you feel! It's a fine opinion. The 3rd Raikage IS a beast.

I don't think you get the Third Raikage . he enters the water, water develops a consciousness, it then flee's from the Third and leaves him back on dry land. #DatBadass

Naa Minato> itachi> tobirama but tobirama could win based on his experience with uchia! But itachi is obviously better than any of them he defeated....plus itachi is smarter than tobirama (this is coming from a Minato fan lol)

First of all let me tel u this

I have been a fan of Minato since chapter 1(when I read it for the first time)

and same with Itachi (Itachi's entry),

U r Underrating Tobirama.........

He is easily on par with Minato and Itachi in terms of Inteligence or abit below thire level

Tobirama defeated Izuna who rivals Madara Uchiha in strength.....

If u think MS Itachi > MS Madara then I have no probulem with ur openion....

for me MS Madara > MS Itachi by any means
