Why I feel Minato isn't as strong as NB Fans think

Just wanted to clarify that I am not a Minato hater. I actually like Minato since he did what he had to do to save his village and his son. Plus without him Itachi wouldn't be around to be solo king... Anyways...

I do agree that Minato is strong but these are the people I believe he can't beat due to him lacking Long range, genjutsu, or a strong enough short range ninjutsu (Read my conclusion before posting)

Nagato - Combined attack of Deva Path (Suck in minato and all FTG Kunai), Asura path (Blast all Kunai and Minato as he sucked in As well as Augment body to block all physical attacks with blades), and Preta Path (Absorb rasengan)

Itachi - Genjutsu (Minato has no counter), Yata Mirror/Totsuka(Makes him Invincible to all Attacks + Forces Minato on the defensive entire fight due to the size of totsuka and if it pierces you you get sealed), Suiton (Water wall for FTG kunai defense/wash away), Izanami, Tsukyomi

Tobirama - FTG, Edo tensei, Suiton, Superior experience with fTG, WAY more battle experience

Kabuto - Minato has nothing that can kill him except Reaper Death, Kimmimaro bone forrest + tayuya's flute, White Rage

Hashirama - Bringer of Darkness genjutsu (Minato is a sensor but Hashirama has Mokuton clones), Flower Tree world (Sleep minato), way more battle experience

Madara - Flower Tree world (Sleep minato), Minato also has no jutsu strong enough to kill him since he can absorb rasengan, Way more battle experience


Conclusion: My opinion will change once Minato shows a stronger Jutsu than Rasengan, IE if he could use Rasen shuriken or some other extremely destructive jutsu then he will easily beat 3 of the 5 people on my list. Atleast if you disagree with my list you can agree with this.

Minato beats Itachi and Tobirama. Nagato beats him and so does Madara, Hashirama and Kabuto.

I agree that if he had FRS he'd beat 3 (Kabuto along with the ones listed above) but only if he is an Edo. Since FRS is a terrible move to use in Base, and an Edo body lets him withstand White Rage.

This is wat i hate on NB. .we don't even know full potential of Minato and yet people make theories on him as if he's nothing. .why don't you guys just give a space. .seriously

how does he beat invicibility and genjutsu

How does he beat FTG AND Edo tensei AND High level Suiton AND Superior stamina

How Minato made Itachi solo king anyway??
1. Nagato>Minato
2. Itachi doesn't have strong chakra reserves so he can't use all of them together.
3 Tobirama's reflexes>Minato's reflexes
but Minato's FTG>Tobirama's FTG
4. Hashirama, Madara>Minato

minato is too fast for these character to see(all you can figureout is a yellow flash blitzing by, how can they hit someone that moves instantenously lol

That's funny because every time I debate someone they usually say something similar to that when they know they lost. Oh well... Funny flaw in your post is... How can minato touch Tobirama to do reverse sealing if Tobirama uses FTG as well... As you read this sentence I'm sure you realize you have already lost...

How can minato touch Tobirama to do reverse sealing if Tobirama uses FTG as well... As you read this sentence I'm sure you realize you have already lost...

@ Red: Minato can use a variety of seals to use on the Edo tensei bodies itself.I don't know Minato as well as some members do but his reverse contract can be used of the Edo clones instead of Tobirama.

Also how can the Edo's help when Mianto can warp the bodies if they was to explode? How will they hit such a fast ninja who has perfected Tobirama's FTG? Your whole argument revolves around Tobirama's mediocre Edo tensei that Orochiamru and Kabuto advanced.

I think most people think that Minato can beat Tobirama because he has a more versatile FTG, but that is nullified by Tobirama's suiton anyways.. Minato can't spread Kunais around the place if he fights Tobirama, Suiton will wash them away.. it's as simple as that
