High kage. She's did the best against madara Hands down she showed feats that I personally think put her above the other 4. She used an forbidden medical technique kept the other kages alive while being cut in half. The lady is a ****in boss. She has incredible strength great at taijutsu and the best medical nin in the show. She often gets discredited because she doesnt spam amaterasu and rasengan or some amazing ninjutsu but people fail to realized that without her No Naruto, Kakashi, or Lee. She saved Kakashi from Tysukomi but whatever thats my opinion

Lack on elemental ninjutsu makes her mid kage at best. A lot of people beat her. Too busy to read all that crap.

Uh yeah about that, she has more knowledge than he does and even Chiyo. To prove it is when she trained Sakura and Sasori said that he created poisons that is really difficult to produce an antidote. He has more knowledge and medical expertise than Chiyo and so does Tsunade. And well it wasn't that hard for Sakura to produce the antidote so basically Tsunade can withstand Sasori's poisons and lets not forget that she has a Long Life Force Span.

She went into a coma when she released her seal and simultaneously healing the villagers and if the villagers weren't in bad shape and all, she could have fought some of the Six Paths. And from what I heard, she was suppose to fight one of them and the fight was really.....um I can't explain it but the point is that she was suppose to fight one of them and win.

Point exactly she would not be able to handle deva pain. Think back deva went blow for blow in a long drawn out fight. Tsuande would have dropped by then. Would she not?

No matter. She's gonna keep withstanding them no matter how much he changes it. And besides, besides Hashirama, she is the worlds greatest medical kunoichi (well I read that Sakura will surpass her but right now she hasn't yet). Also look how hard it took him to defeat Sakura. Now how do you think it will turn out if Tsunade was the one fighting since then she was way stronger than Sakura? And with her fight with Madara, even though her body was cut on half, it didn't stop her from healing the other Kages and that seems much fatal than poisons.

The battle was intense and I heard that she was suppose to win. And I think by it being intense, she must have like lost some of her energy by saving some lives. Plus I don't think I saw the villagers died just some of the ninjas but she healed like hundreds of lives and manage to save some of them despite the risk of her life and never gave up. Now you got to give her credit for that. This is why she deserves the title Hokage.
