He may be able to draw energy from nature at a endless supply but his strength limits in sage mode it set. Or he would have been able to toss the rhino effortlessly since you are implying he can increase his strength as necessary. Tsunade never had a chance to throw the rhino yet you assume she can't do it. If she can't so it in base form which i am 99% sure she can she can toss 10 rhinos in byakugou mode.
