I think naruto is stronger. Naruto has lifted giant rhino and kyuubi. while tsunade broke v2 susanoo and limfted a complete susanoo(not final susanoo or PS) and slammed it

Dude, Sage Naruto obv.
He lifts rhino's for warmups, and his strength is literally bottomless as he draws in power from nature. Tsunade's is limited by her chakra.
