I don't know! Mirajane only showed two take over versions, and never revealed the full power of one of them... Meanwhile, Gray has shown a vast arsenal of Ice Magic variations! Plus, he seems to have more endurance than Mira... And, it appears that now, he's able to use dynamic magic (last chapter)...

1. Freed should be on your List
2. You should take Wendy and Elfman off

How the List should be in my opinion:

1. Gildarts
2. Laxus
3. Erza
4. Mirajane
5. Natsu
6. Gray
7. Gajeel
8. Freed
9. Lucy
10. Juvia

The reason why Mirajane is above Natsu and Co is because in her weakest Satan soul form she posses have nukes the same size if not bigger than LDF Natsu + she is smarter and has better combat skills/physical strength.

Gray is above Gajeel because people tend to overrate Gajeel and Underrate Gray. Pre time skip after getting his butt kicked by some 7 kin underlings he couldn't fight anymore and only reason he truly won is because Levy gave him some Iron to eat to regain his strength. Gray fought Ultear and won even if some people think it was BS. Gajeel was having some problems(still beating though ) with Rouge before the Shadow possessed him. Only reason Gajeel won because of his ISD powerup. Gray fought with Rufus who attacks were a mix between Sting/Rouge/Orga/Natsu powers and still beat Mid difficulty then went on to fight Lyon/Chelia in which with Juvia he beat them too. Basically Gray doesn't need power ups to beat his opponents he does it with the strength he has. Also we don't know much about Gajeel's current ISD and beating rouge even if infused with a shadow isn't impressive Natsu did the same thing to sting+Rouge and wasn't even tired afterwards.

As far as 8-10 is concerned you could flip it anyway you want too but for the time being I will leave it this way. Lucy has versatility on her side and Freed has his runes and other demon forms on his side. Juvia is just there because vs th other members she is the strongest for #10.

Elfman isn't on the list because he hasn't actually beat anybody worth mentioning and Bacchus don't count because he never actually laid a finger on Bacchus. Wendy is the same she hasn't beat anybody worth mentioning and is still to young and inexperienced. Cana isn't on this list because she doesn't own Fairy Glitter and without it she is unimpressive to the max like Levy unimpressive.

You'd think Gray>Mira cause he's had more battles.

Grey had trouble with bickslow but Mira DESTROYED Fried which is stronger than Bickslow

Granted it was a long time ago but she is still pretty close to Erza imo

What is Ice gonna do to her Sitri form???? She is just gonna punch right through them or melt them with her flames. -_-

Gray needed assistance with defeating Racer, Mira soloed Racer.

Improved, yes Gray has improved, but Mira spent 3 months training for the Tournament. She didn't receive any 2nd origin power up, even with that Gray only defeated Rufus and that is it.

Erza>LDF Natsu it was even made clear seeing how The twin dragon slayers doesn't hold a candle to Minerva(Rufus words) and Erza beat Minerva with about the same difficulty(One shot her after she unleashed SO) Natsu used SO take beat the twins(Not LDF but SO). Also to me Rufus is stronger to me power wise vs the twin dragon slayers seeing as how when he fought Gray he used a combination of Mages attacks including an enhanced Orga attack on Gray. Also seeing as Mavis was only concerned about Rufus, Jura and Minerva I will say I he was a threat. Mavis wasn't even concerned about the Twin dragon slayers and Orga so people need to stop belittling Gray and Rufus fight. The S class mages are S class for a reason. As far as Sabortooth is concerned based on Power wise I will say Minerva>Rufus>Ogra>Sting>Rouge>=Yukino. Rufus has the ability to combine 2 or more magics which means he could take both Sting and Orga's attacks and send it at an opponent for twice the hurt which is why power sise he is above the Twin dragon slayers and Orga.

Rufus' copy attacks are weaker than the original hence gray said I remember stronger flames when Rufus copied Natsus fire

Just because Erza beat Kagura and Minerva (not simultaneously)and Kagura and Minerva are MUCH stronger than the pathetic sting and rogue does not mean Erza>Natsu

Natsu didnt use anywhere near his full power to fight the two fanboys and won pretty much without getting touched by them

Erza had to pull out all the stops and barely made it through not to mention she didnt fight both at once

Even after those things were revealed after the gmg Sting is still the new master of Sabertooth
