Why not right now? Kakuzu is never one to turn up a CQC fight with out a good reason. Combine that with Minato's Shunshin and we have an easy tag.

Then Minato lets Kakuzu kill himself by sending his attacks back at him.

Orochimaru can't harm Kakuzu, he loses if Edo Tensei is restricted for the time being, untill we get more feats.

Why not right now? Kakuzu is never one to turn up a CQC fight with out a good reason. Combine that with Minato's Shunshin and we have an easy tag.

... No First off Kakuzu was alive during the time of the fourth Hokage so he knows all about him (as most people do from that time) Maybe not the inner working of his jutsu but enough for him to be cautious,

Second Don't know why everyone say's Kakuzu starts fights in CQC against a hokage he would release his hearts right away which means Tagging him does nothing as they would still fight, So he has to take Kakuzu down through force and nothing he has is getting past Domu

Lets assume Orochimaru has some sealing jutsus, i mean with all those changing bodies jutsus, all those sealing chakra jutsus, its imposible he can't seal
