Not hating on sauske , but there is no chance in hell after all that he has done the villagers , the elders , tsunade & the other kages will be ok with it , no matter how much good he is doing right now in helping the alliance I just dont see them agreeing on that , besides naruto has been proven himself to konoha , Tsunade , basically all the people that actually have a said on the matter about who is going to be hokage.

Shikamaru knows about narutos dreams & he respects him , he will never betrayed him & is to lazy for the job , what temari said was just a sign of respect & was proud of him . nothing more .

Sasuke isn't going to be hokage. The people and higher ups decide who the hokage is going to be. And I doubt they would choose some one who is 1- A missing nin 2- An S-rank criminal I think 3- what is he a chuunin? He still has to go through the process of graduating 4- And last but not least some one who tried to destroy them.

Naruto is going to be hokage it is hinted that Temari said a person who should be hokage is some one who can change hearts and minds. How many times did Naruto talk no jutsu villains? Nagato, Gaara, he even changed Jiraiya'd mind about Sasuke being a lost cause, etc.

Cannot agree with this more. With the full respect of the village, one can become Hokage. No one in their right mind would forgive Sasuke for the crimes he's committed. His shot for Hokage have been deminished as soon as he left the village. Shikamaru would never become Hokage due to his laid back attitude, he refuses to even become a Jonin. Naruto has the utmost respect from his village and the good word of Tsunade. Kishimoto wouldn't toss away all these years of story progression on Naruto becoming Hokage just to give it to his "friend" Sasuke, who is a traitor and has the idea of Hokage all wrong.

I'm of the opinion that neither one of them should become Hokage because 1 of them is just flat-out ignorant and the other is trying to govern the wrong village, would be better if he started his own.
