Tobirama is top 15. Which is still really good.
Tobirama's FTG and Edo Tensei aren't as good as Minato's, Orochimaru's, and Kabuto's.
The newer generation has enhanced his technique's.
And until the Manga shows this Godlike suiton power, then it's just hype.

Because Tobirama has to come into up close physical contact, where as Minato uses Kunai's and can make a larger effect.
Minato is a better user with his FTG for many reasons, I really have no desire to explain. You just made a thread about Tobirama being top three despite all you've seen in the past 200 chapters. It is completely asinine.

I don't think it really matters. They could be complete fodder and still serve their purpose which is to get reasonably close then nuke the battlefield. Infinite exploding tags had a massive blast radius so it's not like he needs strong edo's to actually do fighting.
because we've never seen what edo's he uses? Kabuto has an army of 30+ elites. Orochimaru has 4 super elites. Tobirama has 2 fodder for all we know.
Then, there's the fact that his FTG is only practical for Offence not defence. the best he can do with it is mark his opponent and blitz them. Someone whose even flying in the first place would be hard to mark with just your hands, and he has no summonings to get over that etc etc.
There's alot of factors to take into consideration, Tobirama's latest feats have simply pulled him out of N/A and into top 25 and lowering.
that makes no sense... only difference is Minato marks kunai... if Tobirama marked kunai it would be the same BUT... Tobirama also has Edo tensei and infinite explosions. At this point in the show it's definitely Tobirama > Minato

It makes perfect sense, your fanboy-ism just limits your thought on things.
For instance: Minato is in a forest fighting enemies, he throws a kunai into the air, FTG to the kunai, see's his enemy, throws a kunai at the enemy to mark them, Tobirama cannot do this. Bam, the enemy is marked and it's GG.
