Well done as to be expected. One thing I would really want you to consider on top of this is the possibillity of the Bijuu's mandating the appearance of the Jinchuriki. Think about it, it is there chakra after all.

Kurama say many things resembling the SO6P prior to Naruto using his chakra, SO6P's Seal, Kushina using SO6P's binding chains, Seeing glimpse of SO6P in Naruto, although that was later its safe to say he didnt see it for the first time at that moment. It is possible that Naruto resembles the SO6P because that is what Kurama see's within him and Kurama's Chakra reflects that.

The Juubi not only saw the SO6P within Naruto but also was made into a Jinchuriki using the SO6P's seal, or so we can assume, etc...

This would also explain why Ginkaku and Kinkaku who are both believed to actually be descendants of the SO6P, only confirmed SO6P heritage we have in this situation, are the only ones who didnt resemble the SO6P when they made use of Tailed Beast Chakra.

Perhaps it is the fact that the Tailed Beasts Identify with the SO6P when the Jinks use there chakra that makes said jinks resemble the SO6P as oppose to it being that they are using his seal, since chakra cant really be passed down through seals which are just teachings/knowledge, Idk, I could be grasping at straws here but there may be something to this idea.

Obito, upon finally taking control of the Juubi's Chakra, transformed into an appearance resembling Rikudou Sennin:

Obito's staff btw is not Rikudou's staff but a replica protruding from his black chakra:

Rikudou Sennin's staff is a real item.

Naruto, upon obtaining Kyuubi Chakra Mode, also began to resemble Rikudou Sennin:

Naruto, upon obtaining Bijuu Mode, changed the appearance of the seal on his belly:

The swirl design of Naruto's KCM Seal transformed into two concentric circles.

But why two concentric circles only? why not Four Concentric Circles like Obito's?

It is because Kurama is missing its half: its Yin-Chakra

It is my hypothesis that the reason Obito and Naruto resemble Rikudou Sennin is because their Jinchuuriki Seal have the same origin: Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu. And that Naruto's Seal will transform into something similar to Obito's when he receives Kurama's Yin Half.

Even Minato, upon accessing Kurama's Yin Chakra with his Shiki Fuujin Seal, also enters into a mode that resembles Rikudou:

That same seal appears on Minato's KCM Mode the same place where the Shiki Fuujin Seal was: His Chest:

The reason Obito, Naruto and Minato resemble Rikudou Sennin is because they are using Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu: Rikudou's own Fuuinjutsus.

The Viz translation says that the Jutsu of becoming a Jinchuuriki was created by Rikudou, Kushina said that the Jutsu itself (and not just the type but the very Fuuinjutsu itself) is of Uzumaki Origin:

And who was the second Jinchuuriki in history after Rikudou Sennin? Mito Uzumaki:

That is why there were no Jinchuurikis prior to the alliance of the Uzumaki Clan with Konoha, because the Uzumakis have the original Fuuinjutsu of becoming a Jinchuuriki. The Uzumaki Fuuinjutsus are Rikudou's Jutsus because Rikudou Sennin himself was an Uzumaki, that is why those who uses the Uzumaki Fuuinjutsus to
access and successfully controls the Bijuus/Juubi's Chakra resemble him. They are Rikudou's jutsus, Uzumaki Fuuinjutsus.

where does it say mito is the first jinchuuriki after the sage?

Tbh I think those are just his wrinkles.

Quite the contrary sir we are very near in finding it out, that is the reason why Kishimoto has kept the Uzumaki Clan in the veil of mystery, because Rikudou is Uzumaki.

how can you possibly say this? can you show me the page of the manga where it says rikudou is uzumaki? and show me a link with kishi telling u he is keeping the uzumaki clan in the viel of mystery for the reason which u stated numerous times before on this website

She's the only manga documented Jinchuriki after the revelation of the Sage being a Jinchuriki.

so basically it doesnt say it anywhere? its just speculation based off lack of information?

Quick Question...

When Obito became a juubi jinchuriki and even when he won mind control over the juubi, his rinnegan is still normal and did not develop a rinnegan/sharingan hybrid look to it. Itachi and Nagato talked about the rinnegan and sharingan combined as being the power of the sage so I assumed that the so6p also got sharingan at some point. Can anyone that knows more about this school me.

Thanks!

Because the Jūbi he sealed is incomplete, even Obito's transformation is incomplete as seen with the asymmetrical horns.

Seriously Sir derp I always agree with your theories because you provide many proofs and arguments to back them up but your passion and your certainty on how sure you are makes me occasionally to wonder what will happen if you're turned out to be wrong:hint:

He won't even notice because he will be too busy lookin good. Sorry couldn't resist RIP Jim Kelly.

Kushina used the chakra chains for re-binding Kurama following the removal so that would point to two possibilities. The technique is Kekkei Genkai ("but what about Obito?" Yes, that already occurred to me) or an Uzumaki technique. Which is more reasonable? That Obito somehow got hold of a treasure trove of Uzumaki knowledge, or that Obito is related to the Uzumaki? Since we have seen Naruto use the chains after meeting his mother but we did not see him use FTG after meeting his father, I think it is safe to assume KG vs technique transfer.

The Chakra chains are Rikūdo's Jutsu:

It is not a KKG nor a Rinnegan technique (The Viz translation clarified that) It is a jutsu that can be taught/learned. It is Uzumaki Fūinjutsu.

Hmmm, possibly but the translation minus an image demonstrating the technique to support it still leaves that subject to interpretation. Is there an image of Obito, Kushina, Naruto or any of the tailed beasts claiming the chakra chains to be Rikūdo's jutsu?

Well, we can deduce from the evidences at hand, the chains of Kushina and Tobi's chains look exactly alike, their mechanics and purpose which is Bijū suppression are also exactly alike, the chakra chains wasn't said to be a Rinnegan Jutsu, Tobi learned Rikūdo's jutsus from Madara, the chakra chains is a fūinjutsu, the confirmed techs of Rikūdo is either the Rinnegan jutsus or Fūinjutsu, it is a high level Fūinjutsu, the Uzumaki Seals are high level Fūinjutsu, and in this case like I said their aesthetics and functions are the same. Therefore logically the chakra chains is Rikūdo's jutsu: Uzumaki Fūinjutsu
