I don't even know why some people are on that list but I say Sasuke. A gets pretty pissed but he still has rational thinking well atleast some of it. Sasuke on the other hand completely lost it

Everyone on that list has shown at least one big rage moment. And I personally voted for A.

I think they all kinda take their thoughts into concideration when they do...
Naruto has the most potential to do devastating damage because of all the chakra in his possession ..
he hurt sakura / jiraiya both when he lost control which also hurted his own body.. but he hasn't killed anyone yet..

sasuke actually tries to kill when he goes outta control... & he wants to because of previous developments & promises.

Raikage3rdA puts his own life in danger knowingly when too emotional.. lost his temper he broke a table. lost an arm

kabuto was soo emotionaly mentally bizarre , he performed experiments on himself.. and lost himself in disbelief..

&_& naruto could go outta control again if he gets the yin kurama' chakra since
he hasn't bonded with that part of the chakra yet.
