Naruto's blind rage was badass and the most dangerous for a long time. I mean Kyuubi rage always had people pissing their pants and it put him on a level he couldn't hope to compete with before each time it happens. So I say Naruto. Sasuke is more of a pure hatred not blind rage guy, considering whenever he is in rage mode he can still think and plan at a high level.

Naruto and Sasuke. I would say Sasuke overall though. Naruto, considering his Chakūra Reserves and the fact that he is the Jinchūriki of the Bijū, Kurama. Naruto has been shown hurting Jiraiya, Sakura and devastating Sato no Konohagakure when enraged. However, no fatalities have occurred due to this. Sasuke on the other hand, becomes more powerful [His Susano'o went V2 when exhausted and going blind] and is filled with hate. This is to the point that he is willing to kill Kakashi, his former sensei as well as Naruto and Sakura, former team-mates. In addition, Sasuke is an Uchiha so his emotional control is on the weaker side - this means he could potentially destroy and kill large amounts of material and people.
