Not quite. Itachi had no way of killing him with a Mangekyou trap eye. Amaterasu he could phase through for example. The mental trauma from tsukuyomi has never killed anyone so Itachi didn't have a chance in hell.

Since we know all of Itachi's abilities (he isn't a recurring character anymore) please list the way that he would of killed him. I'm very interested how he could of bypassed kamui using sasuke's eyes.
