I think Oro might have been up to wayyy more than face value shows. We knew he was after an uchiha body, and we also know that he was experimenting with infusing people with hashi's cells. And now, with kabuto's statement, we know that oro and kabuto were looking into the Rinnegan and how to unlock it.

See where I'm going?

I think that Orochimaru's true scheme all along was actually to get the rinnegan, not just the sharingan. The fact that this also allows him to do pretty much every single Jutsu that exists (excepting probably bloodline limits) supports my claim, as we all know that Orochimaru's main goal was to know all the Jutsu.

Pretty sick.

Because oro had kabutos memories, and setup the entire scenario where the Kages were summoned, he already knew that he was gonna get the zetsu body. And, again having kabuto's memories, he also now knows where tobi's hideout is. Which contains as many sharingan as one would ever need. Not only do I think he was aiming for Rinnegan, I think he still is aiming for Rinnegan.

I think with Obito being the Sage of 6 paths now there isn't much room for Oro to do any extra curricular activities like that.

Even with Rinnegan he isn't 1 upping Obito

I will have to agree with you. After Obito clearly became the main villain, I doubt that we see Orochimaru as the bad guy. In fact I'm beginning to think that he genuinely turned good:NO::NO::NO:

The assumption that he turned good is just stupid, and there is still room for shit to happen. Remember, oro still has control over the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hokages, and naruto is opting to not kill but to save the bijuu. That would leave enough fire power against the protagonists to at least try and get an additional saga going. And you haven't even addressed the fact that that was probably his former plan. And orochimaru was known for his determination.

Can anyone make a Oro with snake pupil and Rinnegan picture?
I would like to see how that looks.
If possible one with sharingan and maybe a snake pupil too.

Oro + Edo + Mokuton zetsu body + Rinnegan would be pretty boss.
Maybe he cant 1 vs 1 Obito atm, but he has his Edo's and with Naruto, Sasuke and others helping too, they could be a strong enough force.

Exactly bro. People don't think sometimes. I didn't eve mention the topic of whether or not Oro would end up getting it or not. I just made the observation that it is probably his goal. I hate all fanboys.

You know Orochimaru just so damn creepy, You could imagine him just picking off their eyes after their dead in the war, to stick in his own eyes or even on his body.
Imagine him plucking out the Rinnegan, Sharingans, bit of this bit of that. Lol jokes aside I love Orochimaru, the creepiest & one of the funniest best villains ever. I say funny in the sense that no fudger has managed to kill him.

I think you're right. Ever play the original Final Fantasy? Garland is Chaos. When Oro said "This is not my war." I think he meant that he sees no reason to take part in it because it would only distract him from his own agenda.
