yes you can. its a given. sasuke is one of the most powerful pplon the show. alll of gaaras moves were taken from him when he lost his beast, we do know what gaara can do. nothing. they dont put stuff in the manga for no reason. sasuke fought on par with gaara back when they were both kids, and gaara had his beast. sasuke got stronger and gaara lost his powers, ITS COMMON SENSE. sorry

like some people are saying, i believe sasuke is stronger than gaara, because chidori can break throught sand, so sasuke can kill him in a instant.
about danzo, i think he has that sharingan from experiences with orochimaru, like he said that kabuto might know some of dealings between oro and him. so i think he could get sharingan from a oro's experience, like he did with yamato, he is a experience from oro who put some dna from the 1st hokage in yamato and now he has the same powers, but it's a shame he can't use it so well like the 1st. but it's weird if oro wanted so much the sharingan why didn't he did the same that danzo to him self? other thing i'm curious is what is behind arm and leg ties.

gaara no longer has any sand techs, he lost his sand manipulation when his beast was stolen

that could be true, but he haven't the proof of that. i think it would be weird that he still is the kazekage with no powers. he could have some powers with the sand but he hasn't all the same. maybe the sand doesn't defend him automatically like before but he can force the sand to protect him. like it shows is manga 456 he still has the jar with the sand. and before him and kankouro and temari going to iron country, the people said, protect him and kankouro said he doesn't need protection. it shows that he still got powers but not the huge power that he had with the beast.

The only thing it did was protect him automatically, otherwise he did everything else himself, he even showed several defensive jutsus during his fight with Kimmimaro or whatever he's called.
Learning to defend himself is probably all he had to train on, during battle he's pretty much at his usual strength even without the bijuu.
The worst part about him losing his tailed beast, is probably the amount of chakra he lost with it.
Gaara had lots of time to learn how to use his sand without the bijuu.

All Gaaras skills is based on controling sand why would kankuro said that gaara dont need bodyguards if he lost all of his powers (just as you say) ?

it is true. read the manga. he is still the kage because he died saving the village. just because he lost his powers doesnt mean anything, they still respect him.
