u got to focus on the wind around u then mold it into the form of needles and use the smae wind to project the attack.

u should control the wind not let it control u. remember form projection. think of it as elemental archery.

to do this relax let the wind chakra in ur system gather liek a calm before the storm then relaease it liek a powerful storm

it require no seals just concentration of wind chakra around u so it goes of. its similar to sasukes chidor negashi he used on naruto and sai. that kind of idea but it cuts instead of stuns.
