2) Chidori cant pierce a defense like rotation. its not like other standar defenses which just stands there and take the hit.

it doesn't matter because rotation is a continuous reflecting force. reflection is the enemy of piercing. if someone stabs you are you going to hold your arms up and hope it doesn't hurt you? no. you have to physically knock it to the side.



no, people always underrate him on the contrary. no one makes him out to be god like they do with itachi. rotation is breakable but not by any standard conventional means of breaking any typical wall type defense. shinra tensei is just a gravitational wave that forces away objects on power alone. that's why power was able to overcome it as well. rotation reflects all attacks on the user which is why power alone wont beat it unless its an overwhelming power like TBB or Meteor jutsu

What speed feats has sasuke shown, other than blitzing tobi for a second and getting avoided by deidara? In fact, he most likely lost speed after CS2, given the fact that that gives the user speed. Neji may be fodder, but until I see Hebi Sasuke with an attack that takes no effort to beat someone who has Gaara Level defense, 800 meter sight, the ability to sense and deflect any close range techniques, and able to render Chakra and the Body useless, my points stay solid. Sasuke does not get stronger than neji until MS, and even then, Up until EMS he has some trouble with neji. Neji is top 15 but people don't want to realize this, which is sad. Not even a big fan, just put two and two together and you get this really strong character. In any case, Jounin Neji > Hebi Sasuke.

@Bold that isn't true. Deidara didn't avoid it, Tobi was the target. Deidara admitted that he can't keep up with Sasuke's speed (despite holding a 4.5 in speed) and predictability of the Sharingan would have allowed him to follow, had Tobi not been a presence. Why Sasuke wouldn't have been able to follow with the edge in speed (granted by shunshin, admitted by Tobi and Deidara) is beyond me.

OT: Sasuke, closer match than many assume but I'm comfortable taking Sasuke here.
