yea if he slowed down time like the matrix. kirin moves faster then the speed of light. did u see how long it took him to warp away deidaras bird thing in the anime. unless he learns to use that move and focuses on the target in less than a second he stands no chance against it.

kirin isn't that fast because itachi was able to defend against it using sasunoo...anyways it doesn't really matter because i doubt kakashi and sasuke will fight

it is revealed that sasuno was automatic as a last resort. also dont forget how insanely fast itachi is. if he can do handseals so fast u cant see them im sure him being the advanced sharingan user he is be able to see kirin coming and activate susanno even if it wasnt automatic

I voted Raikiri simply because it can be preformed faster. Yes in terms of destructive capabilities I'd say Kirin pwns, but I give it to Raikiri because like others have said it could be done before the preparations for Kirin are completed. Now, if Kirin didn't need those preparations, I'd give it to Kirin hands down, but since it does, I have to go with Raikiri.
