Upon doing some research i've found that Kanashibari no Jutsu is preformed simply by staring at your opponent. you look so terrifying that they are frozen in place.

Simply place your hand to your eye and look like this

Yeah you can, just not that shunshin can't be used in battle..

and Kanasabari no Jutsu only terrifies them for one move....not an entire turn.
