So it's been three threads talking nonsense on how So6P is a "Uzumaki" and I see that people's reactions, instead of being critic, is "baa". Well let's go for some easy debuking shall we?
This thread is a direct response to SDO's latest load of bullshit.
The So6P is NOT a Uzumaki,
1. Urabe clan was inspiration for Uzumaki clan
2. "The So6P's appearence is hidden"
3. The Shinigami yada yada...
4. Zetsu's statement
5. Rikudou meeting Naruto
6. The Bijuu's names
Again, this is completely off-topic, and really there's no discussion value here. Whether or not the So6P knows the Juubi's true name has nothing to do with him being a Uzumaki. Either he wrote this just for the fun of it or it's almost good enough to be a strawman.
7. Obito's intentions
Yeah, Obito is going after Naruto, therefore the Sage is a Uzumaki. Yes, it makes a lot of sense doesn't it? Yet again, completely off topic.
8. The Rinnegan
The Sage has the Rinnegan, Juubi too in a different way... yeah, so? I don't see why I'm even bothering with these last bits, he's not even mentionning the Uzumakis anymore.
Personnal views:
With a bit of common sense it's fairly easy to assume the Sage was neither Senju, Uchiha or Uzumaki, simply because he gave birth to those clans altogether. I'm A and I create B, C, and D. None of them is A, is it?
We may assume that, just as the Senju and Uzumaki are related, the Uchiha and Hyuga might also be related. In this case, the two branches are Senju/Uzumaki and Uchiha/Hyuga.
Remember how people argued that Tobi was Obito simply because they both had the same hairstyle, yet everyone dismissed it as a crappy argument? Well we can pull the same argument here. "Pure" Uzumakis all have straight hair. If Rikudou was indeed an Uzumaki, it would be the same for him too. Yet he appears to have much more of a Uchiha's appearance, because of his spiky hairstyle:
Yeah, it's nothing solid, but you know how the Tobi mystery turned out.
This said, please stop making more "volumes" of nonsense or at least do proper research before flooding the base with spam threads, thank you.

The So6P is NOT a Uzumaki,

This first argument proves little except that Sir Derp hasn't done enough research or has just discarded whatever he thought didn't belong in his "theory".
The fallacy presented here is a simple matter of cherry picking. The Uzumaki/Urabe relation in itself is extremely dubious. Two examples:
His next argument is yet another fallacy: if A belongs to C and B belongs to C, then A = B. In other words, it assumes that since both the So6P and Uzumakis are related to ancient Japanese / Indian culture, then the Sage is a Uzumaki.
...However it completely leaves out the fact that nearly everything in Naruto is based of eastern culture and therefore nearly everything is connected. By the same logic, the sage might as well be Orochimaru. I quote this from his "theory":
Notice the complete ass-pull between the first statement and the second. The Rinnegan, or Samsara Eye, comes from something completely different, which you can see for yourself
The Six Paths of Pain stand for very different virtues than his suggested "Six Perfections". The Samsara deals with the completely different topic of life and death, something that also explains why the Rinnegan's seventh path or special ability is the control of life and death.
The fallacy presented here is a simple matter of cherry picking. The Uzumaki/Urabe relation in itself is extremely dubious. Two examples:
As seen in the war, the Uzumakis are far from being the only ones using sealing jutsus. Minato himself is a much greater master in any type of seal than Uzumakis. But what made the Urabe Clan famous was their particular type of mystic skill: the esoteric form of tortoiseshell divination known as Kiboku... Much like the Uzumaki Clan who were known for their Sealing Jutsus
So were the Sarutobi. So were the Hyuga. So were the Aburame, Akimichi, Amagiri, Fuma, Nara... this list isn't extensive by the way.The Urabe Clan was so famous for their divination skills that they were imported from their island.... like the Uzumaki Clan who was invited to forge an alliance with Konoha.
The Six Perfections Are:
1. Dāna pāramitā: generosity
2. Śīla pāramitā : virtue
3. Kṣānti (kshanti) pāramitā : patience
4. Vīrya pāramitā : diligence
5. Dhyāna pāramitā : contemplation
6. Prajñā pāramitā : wisdom, insight
He who has followed the Six Perfections becomes a Bodhisattva, a Sennin.
The Bodhisattva then has mastery of the Six Realms/Paths also known as Rokudō 六道
1. Naraka Path
2. Preta Path
3. Animal Path
4. Asura Path
5. Human Path
6. Deva Path
Notice the complete ass-pull between the first statement and the second. The Rinnegan, or Samsara Eye, comes from something completely different, which you can see for yourself

2. "The So6P's appearence is hidden"
I'll get over with this one quickly.
It's the biggest fallacy in his argumentation. It's what we call an
There's a very obvious reason why his appearence is hidden, it's simply a matter of suspense, mystery. I mean, when didn't "legendary" characters in series ranging from western culture to eastern culture not appear as silhouettes or masked in any other way, just for the sake of having them look even more mysterious?
I mean, the famous scenes with main antagonists first showing up with lights covering their appearance?
The hero cowboy in Western movies first showing up as a silhouette?
The masked Obito in the same manga we're talking about, for crying out loud. He's not a silhouette but the mask server the exact same purpose:
Are you so daft you can't see this is just for suspense?

3. The Shinigami yada yada...
This whole argument falls down when you successfully refute the Uzumaki weren't necessarily Urabe. I find a few of his ideas very funny, however. Look at it, first Uzumakis (he assumes it's Urabe) "incorporate shingon Buddhism", so we're not talking about full fledged Buddhism at all here, are we? Just the incorporation of one branch of Buddhism:
Then, as soon as it arranges him to have Uzumakis represent Buddhism as a whole, it's no longer about taking some inspiration off a random branch, it's the whole thing itself:
This being said, the original argument brought no other evidence whatsoever.
Urabe Clan that adhered to Ryobu Shinto which is Shintoism that incorporates Shingon Buddhism:
Then, as soon as it arranges him to have Uzumakis represent Buddhism as a whole, it's no longer about taking some inspiration off a random branch, it's the whole thing itself:
The Uzumaki Clan however represents both Shintoism and Buddhism
This being said, the original argument brought no other evidence whatsoever.
4. Zetsu's statement
Yet another load of cherry picking and arguments from ignorance. Senju lineage = one of his parents or previous were Senju, how hard is it to understand that? Who are you to tell what Zetsu really meant? Unless Kishi says otherwise, we go for the simplest, most obvious definition of "lineage". Instead of looking up synonyms of the word "consanguinity" you should've just looked up the word "lineage" which is the word we're dealing with here:
lin·e·age
1
[lin-ee-ij] Show IPA
noun
1.
lineal descent from an ancestor; ancestry or extraction: She could trace her lineage to the early Pilgrims.
2.
the line of descendants of a particular ancestor; family; race.
5. Rikudou meeting Naruto
So6P didn't meet Naruto so frankly I have no idea what the hell this dude is on about... it's way too far fetched, really. You could buy it that indeed, the Sage is waiting to meet Naruto somehow, but this is off-topic when it comes to debating on wether or not So6P is a Uzumaki.
6. The Bijuu's names
Again, this is completely off-topic, and really there's no discussion value here. Whether or not the So6P knows the Juubi's true name has nothing to do with him being a Uzumaki. Either he wrote this just for the fun of it or it's almost good enough to be a strawman.
