No he didn't escape it, he died in it, you're wrong.
You said he was immune to genjutsu yet he was caught By Jiraiya's genjutsu, so you're wrong and the manga proves you wrong.

I'm sorry Madara Rules but he is not immune to it, fact of the matter is we don't know how Nagato himself handles Genjutsu because we've never seen it. So it can't be used as a valid argument either way.

So I guess you forgot about that time when Jiraiya put Nagato in a genjutsu?
If you're talking about Nagato himself; there is no reason it should differ from Pain

then how did he severe jiraiya's arm?. you try to prove something that didn't happen in the manga. pain escaped it and killed jiraiya which means he escaped the genjutsu so you're proving something that didn't happen.

manga says otherwise.

I have already refuted that argument. He never escaped it since he died while he was in it. That's not escaping, Jiraiya simply deactivated the genjutsu. Manga proves me right.
