No you can't say that with sasuke because sasuke hasn't trained with naruto since they were kids kakshi can beat him with dis ogic because he's been with naruto long enough to understand his movements and thinking patterns and how he use he's techniques not saying the 9 tails is not there but kakashi knows he's limited with the 9 tails and everything je can do I? i was comparing naruto and sasuke to kakashi. because you said it was battle experience why kakashi was smarter i was saying sasuke is more comparable to kakashi than naruto in terms of intelligence. meaning it has nothing to do with bias or experience.
