i take out 20 Shuriken blast them in the air use Fuuton: Reppushou (Wind Style: Wind gale)

meaning that your wind jutsu increases the damage of my fire jutsu, as for your churiken i throw 20 kunai to counter them and as for your puppies i throw kunai in front of them to prevent them from coming futher and then i use:

Kiba, you can't use the exploding puppy technique. It's a D-rank Ninjutsu, and as a Genin you can only use D-rank jutsu of your element. All other jutsu have to be E-rank.
