To me the strongest will always be Orochimaru but really they all seem on the same level. Pretty much equals, i'd even say Tsunade is on exact par with Jiraiya and Oro. They're well balanced before you throw Edo tensei into the mix.

Manda can tank it since it tanked Deidara's C0 which is way stronger than Jiraiya's Katon. Tsunade would have to get past about a thousand snakes all of which have the Kusanagi no Tsurugi and poison.

Lets not forget in the databook Orochimaru has a 5 in handseals while Jiraiya has 4.5 and Tsunade has 4. Orochimaru and Jiraiya have a 4.5 in speed while Tsunade has 3. So Orochimaru is the fastest when it comes to weaving handseals and is tied with Jiraiya in foot speed. Tsunade, the slowest out of the three in both foot speed and handseal speed, stopping Orochimaru from weaving four handseals and clapping is unlikely especially when he has 1000 snakes and Manda with him.

Manda didn't really tank Deidera's attack....for one, it killed him, and he wasn't even hit with the full brunt of the blast.

He clearly says "Part of the blast" If they had been there any longer, Manda would be in pieces along with Sasuke. Manda is a strong summon but he's not THAT powerful.

you're nuts. Manda would get toasted...Jiraiya is capable of using some of the most powerful fire release techniques we've seen besides Amaterasu, not to mention in sage mode his katon is boosted by pa's fuuton.

I'd say in sage mode Jiraiya is faster than Orochimaru.

I'd say Orochimaru is the most powerful because of edo tensei. However, without edo tensei he would lose to SM Jiraiya IMO. Tsunade is mainly a medical ninja....she is strong but her skill-set isn't really catered to 1v1 combat. .

Honestly I consider Edo Tensei pretty hax especially when you're talking about a 1v1. However the fact remains that Orochimaru can use it to summon powerful past ninja to fight alongside him. When you really get down to it, Edo Tensei users will win almost any 1v1, as no one can take on a kage level ninja + countless kage level summons, except for Madara or Hashirama.

Well it Jiraiya but we know he pass away. The reason I picked him is because Nagato made a statement that he stronger then anyone else in Leaf except Naruto sadly he didn't knew information about Nagato's basic attack information.

If he knew about those.. He possibly could have won it or ably to dodge them.

That fight was far from a legitimate show of any of the sannins strengths for a few reasons. It's painfully obvious so I'm not even going to bother explaining....

Plus did you forget how that fight went down? Once Tsunade got over her fear of blood, Oro got his ass handed to him and left...

Orochimaru's only drawback was his weak body until he got a Zetsu as its newest vessel. He has summons, he can use edo tensei (Hokages please), he has insane ninjutsus, and he can cast decent level genjutsus.

Tsunade's only drawback are her offensive ninjutsu techniques. But she has summons, insane strength, a very decent taijutsu arsenal, and she is a medic kunoichi (the best on her league).

Jirayia's only drawback are his genjutsus. But he has some strength, Sage mode, useful ninjutsu techniques and he is an expert on spying.

Balancing the Sannin, Orochimaru was the only one who managed to complete himself in his lackness, so he is the strongest IMO.

I think Jiraiya is. He's shown more raw power than anyone. Orouchimaru is stronger in base mode but Jman in sage mode is almost undefeatable. You can't fight him hand to hand, even blocking a kick from him is to dangerous, his jutsu become way more powerful. His chakra is just absolutely great because its combined with Narural energy. Then you have both ma & pa with their insight and sage mode powered jutsu.

Oro wld come out on top seeing as he's made to be the talented and his justu arsenal is really vast. I'm a Jiraiya fan and I believe in Ero-senin's might and he loses to Oro coz he's lazy were Oro is shrewd. Tsunade in my opinion is the weakest(rmmbr the kabuto fight naruto saves her), not that its wrong to be saved but by Naruto then it was an insult to the title of senin.

Who cares? In part 2 Tsunade was able to murderrape Madara's susanno clones.

Jirayia would be owned by Itachi if it weren't because he didn't use his full power in part 1. Jirayia was almost killed two times... one by the raw force of Tsunade (without Sage mode BTW) and the other by a 4T Naruto (the same who fought Orochimaru, and let me tell you... Orochimaru wasn't in the verge of death after that battle, even if he got exhausted).

Oro is the the most skilled, Tsunade is the Strongest, and Jiraiya is the most powerful. But the best is Oro.
He took on both with no hands and managed to take Jiraiya out of the equation with a slam he did with his tongue.

I'm not fanboying,, That fight is Oro with no hands + Kabuto (as strong as Kakashi) VS. Tsunade (rusty and hemophobic) + Jiraiya under the effect of Tsunade's drug... Oro even said that they all have handicaps that time

if the fight will be Oro with his hands + Kabuto VS. normal Jiraiya + Tsunade without her fear of blood, it will still be hard for Oro and Kabuto..

I'm not shooting all the anti Jiraiya/Tsunade comments, I'm just annoyed how people say that Oro can take down both Jiraiya and Tsunade at the same time, it's ridiculous!

No one has actually seen Orochimaru fight all out with his arms, so we actually don't know what he is capable of to make a judgment of who the strongest is. However I will have to go with Orochimaru. He took on the 4 tails with a handicap and still held his own against it. He is also impossible to kill.

o.o I wanna see Oro fight the paths of Pein.. Watch him run away right before he dies. The only reason that J-Man died was because he couldn't run away as much as Oro. Oro retreats more then anyone in the show. In my eyes.. Oro is smarter then the other two but J-Man could beat him. It's like Mufasa vs Scar in a fair fight. :I No edo and J- Man will surely win. Tsunade might have problem getting her hands on Oro since he slithers a bit too much<.<
